The architecture underneath XCOUTER Radar
Written for the people who will ask the hard questions: how the model is grounded, where the data sits, and what happens when two systems disagree.
Partner-Centric Acceleration (PCA)
The five signals — decay, leakage, share, whitespace, credit — are not features bolted onto a dashboard. They are the questions the ontology makes askable. That is why the platform can widen beyond its first vertical without a rewrite: the signals are properties of the model, not of the industry.

Numbers are tool-called, never generated. The model can request a figure from your database; it has no path to producing one itself. A hallucinated metric is not unlikely here — it is unreachable.
Partner-Centric Acceleration (PCA)
PCA is the methodology; XCOUTER Radar is the instrument that runs it. The claim underneath it is unfashionable: a channel is not a funnel, and modeling it as one is why channel analytics keeps failing. A channel is a population of businesses, each with a lifecycle, a level of commercial sophistication, and a portfolio it buys across — and each of those moves independently.
The channel ontology is how that population is represented: partners, positions, movements, baskets, renewals, and the relationships among them, expressed so that a question like "which partners are decaying, and what would it cost us" is a query rather than a research project. Distribution ERPs record transactions faithfully and represent partners barely at all. The ontology is the missing half.

Classification runs at scale on Claude Haiku, where the volume is high and the judgment is narrow; the reasoning-heavy work runs on a larger model. Cost discipline is an architecture decision, not a compromise.
Grounding
A copilot that cannot make things up
The assistant is built on Claude, and it is grounded by construction rather than by prompt discipline. The interesting engineering is in what it is not permitted to do.

When two source systems disagree, both are shown. The platform surfaces the conflict rather than picking a winner and quietly discarding the evidence.

Missing data renders as a gap, never as a zero. A fake zero is a lie that looks like a measurement.

This is also the answer to the question the buyer pages pose in plainer words. A decision maker who cannot see their business is not short of data — they are short of a representation in which the parts of their data stand in the right relation to each other. Correlation is not a chart type; it is a property of the model underneath. An ontology is what makes "this partner is decaying, and their wallet is moving, and their renewal is in sixty days" a single retrievable situation rather than three unrelated rows in three systems. Build that, and the map draws itself. Skip it, and no amount of visualization will save you — you will have rendered the same disconnected numbers, prettily.
Inference
Why swappable inference matters
A channel intelligence platform that can only run against one model provider is a platform that cannot be sold into a regulated channel partner, a sovereign-cloud mandate, or a customer with an existing vendor relationship. Treating the model as a replaceable component is what keeps the architecture sellable — and it is the same instinct as everything else here: no single point of faith.

The stack
Next.js, server-rendered, typed end to end. The console and this site share a mental model, which is why one person can maintain both.
Postgres, one database per client, row-level security inside it. Isolation is structural: there is no shared table for a query to leak across.
A swappable inference layer. The provider is a configuration choice, not a foundation — including where a jurisdiction requires inference to stay in-region.
