Distributor analytics

Your ERP already holds the dealer network

Distributor analytics starts from a dull fact. The orders, the dealers, and the lines they stopped buying are already in the system you run the business on.

The export is not the picture

You can export the same file every week and still not see a dealer going quiet next to a basket that shrank. The rows are there. The relation between them is what the export does not draw.

Another report of the same rows will not draw it either. MVE is the picture of those relations: partners, orders, and lines, from the history you already own.

Written for the person who owns the book

The home page names the buyer, and this page does not invent a second one: owners, GMs, sales leaders and CFOs of wholesale distributors with 10-200 people — food and beverage, building materials, healthcare — starting in Florida.

If you searched from a hardware counter, an industrial supply house, or a technology distributor, the question on this page is still the question: can you see the dealer network inside the invoices. The vertical does not change the shape of the file.

One file, then a briefing

We do not publish a list of ERP brands we plug into. The input is an export of orders and dealers. If that history is in the file, that is enough to start. If a claim needs a column the file does not have, the briefing says the claim is unsupported.

The Channel Context Scan is that briefing, two weeks from the export. How it works is the rest of the ladder, and you can stop after the first rung. Your data is not pooled with another distributor's.

What we will not claim

We do not publish a lift, a payback, or a before-and-after. The line below is the size of one production deployment.

In production at a US channel distributor: 250+ partners, 100,000+ transactions.

Questions about the ERP

Which ERP systems do you connect to?

We start from an export of orders and dealers, not from a connector list. If that history is in the file, it is enough to begin. We do not claim a live plug-in we do not have.

Will our data be pooled with other distributors?

No. Your data is not pooled, and it is not a training set. The sovereignty page is the longer version, for the reviewer who needs it.

How long before there is a briefing?

The Scan is two weeks, from the export to a findings briefing. It names the signal costing you most, or it tells you the book is tight.

Bring the export

Book a Channel Context Scan. We will tell you, from your own file, whether the dealer network in it can be read — and where it cannot.
