About
The firm is the people who do the work. That's the offer, not an apology.
Twenty years of ethnographic fieldwork across forty-plus countries, then enterprise, then distribution — and the instrument that fieldwork said was missing.
Story
How we got here
01
We spent twenty years doing ethnographic fieldwork in more than forty countries. The job is to sit with people long enough to see the difference between what an organization reports and what is actually happening inside it. That gap is where every interesting problem lives.
02
Then we took that lens into enterprise — Microsoft, HP, Teva, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Cognizant. Different industries, the same finding every time: the dashboard was confident and the reality was somewhere else, and nobody had an instrument pointed at the difference.
03
Distribution is where that gap is widest and most expensive. A channel partner's ERP already knows which partners are drifting, which renewals are about to lapse, and whose wallet is quietly moving to a competitor. Nobody is looking, because nothing is looking. So we built XCOUTER Radar.

XCOUTER is based in Miami and works across markets, because channel distribution is dense, relationship-driven, and underserved by the analytics industry everywhere it runs — not in one region alone. Wherever a business sells through partners, the gap between what the dashboard reports and what is actually happening is the same, and that gap is the one we build for.
On size
XCOUTER is deliberately small — senior work, no leverage pyramid. You work with the people who built the platform. When you email, we answer.
